Nov. 26, 2017 Crawford made 37 saves in his 400th NHL game to help the Blackhawks beat the Florida Panthers 4-1 on Saturday night. Crawford has been incredible in five road starts this month, going 3-1-1 with a .952 save percentage.
Nov. 23, 2017 Crawford made 35 saves in Wednesday's 3-2 overtime loss to the Lightning. Hard to blame Crawford for this loss considering he made some great saves and the overtime goal came on a power play. However, this was the fourth time in five starts he has allowed at least three goals, a span in which he has a mediocre .899 save percentage.
Nov. 18, 2017 Crawford left Saturday's game against the Penguins in the second period after being clipped in the head by Evgeni Malkin, but he came back to make 35 saves in a 2-1 win. Crawford, 9-7-0 with a 2.19 GAA and .933 save percentage, had left the crease and was near the left post when Malkin flew past. It appeared Malkin's knee made contact with Crawford's head. Oct. 13, 2017 Crawford stopped 29 of 32 shots in Chicago's 5-2 loss to the Wild on Thursday. Crawford had been off to a brilliant start to the season, yielding one goal in each of his first three games. Crawford started all four of those games and had a 2.84 GAA and .902 save percentage.

April 21, 2017 Crawford stopped 22 of 25 shots as Chicago lost 4-1 in Nashville on Thursday and was swept out of the playoffs in the first round. Crawford was exceptional for the first 29 1/2 minutes, but he didn't get much help in the second half of the game. He really wasn't that bad in the series, including a save percentage of .950 in Game 1 and .939 in Game 3, but the Blackhawks totaled just three goals.
April 18, 2017 Crawford made 46 saves Monday, but Chicago lost 3-2 at Nashville in overtime to fall into an 0-3 series deficit. Crawford made 17 saves, many of the world-class variety, in the first period, and the Blackhawks gave him support for the first time in the series with two second-period goals. "He was fine," Chicago coach Joel Quenneville said of Crawford. "They shot the puck at him from a lot of different angles." In three career playoff games at Nashville, Crawford has a 4.59 GAA.
April 16, 2017 Crawford was roughed up for five goals on 29 shots as the Blackhawks were routed by Nashville in Game 2 of the teams' opening-round playoff series. Though Crawford was sharp in a 1-0 loss in Thursday's Game 1, he's now lost five of his last seven postseason starts and has posted a pedestrian 3.02 goals-against average and an .893 save percentage during that stretch. The 32-year-old has still backstopped two championship runs during his tenure in Chicago, so he does have the pedigree to suggest an improvement may be forthcoming.
April 8, 2017 Crawford made 23 saves in a 3-2 overtime loss to Los Angeles in Saturday's regular-season finale. Crawford lost his final three starts behind a 3.35 GAA and .877 save percentage. He still managed to win at least 32 games for the fourth straight season.
April 7, 2017 Crawford stopped just 22 of 26 shots Thursday at Anaheim to lose his second straight start. The two-time Stanley Cup champion had won nine of his last 11 away starts coming in, however.
April 1, 2017 Crawford made 32 saves and Chicago beat the Columbus Blue Jackets 3-1 on Friday night to reach the cusp of clinching the Central Division. That's back-to-back fantastic performances by Crawford, who also shut down the Penguins earlier in the week.
March 30, 2017 Crawford helped the Blackhawks to Wednesday's 5-1 win over Pittsburgh by registering 31 saves. Crawford has now alternated good and shaky outings over his last five starts, though he's still a solid 5-1-0 with a 2.42 goals-against average over his past seven. Considering the Blackhawks' offensive capability, he should be a good bet for a few more wins in the near future.
March 24, 2017 Crawford matched a season high with 42 saves, then stopped two of Dallas' three shootout attempts as Chicago won 3-2 on Thursday. Crawford impressively bounced back after being pulled in the third period two nights earlier against Vancouver. He seems to have a favorable matchup Saturday in Florida if he's back in Chicago's net. Crawford is 6-0 with a 1.07 GAA in his last seven starts against the lowly Panthers.
March 22, 2017 Crawford allowed four goals on 10 shots before getting yanked in Tuesday's 5-4 overtime loss to the Canucks. The only blemish for the Blackhawks was an uncharacteristically ugly outing from Crawford. Backup netminder Scott Darling stopped four of five shots in relief. This is only going to increase some fans' cries for Darling in net.
March 15, 2017 Crawford made 40 saves and the Blackhawks defeated the Canadiens 4-2 on Tuesday night to take the lead atop the Western Conference standings. Crawford has never conceded more than two goals in a game against Montreal - his highest save percentage against any opponent. The Blackhawks are in Ottawa on Thursday, and Crawford stopped all 26 shots he faced in his last matchup with the Senators in January 2016.
March 13, 2017 Crawford made a season-high 42 saves, and the Blackhawks beat the Minnesota Wild 4-2 on Sunday to pull within a point of the Central Division leaders. Crawford has been just about the definition of average this season, but he has a .927 save percentage over his last nine starts.

March 4, 2017 Crawford made 31 saves before stopping the Islanders' only two shootout attempts in Friday's 2-1 win over the Islanders. Crawford returned after missing two games due to illness, winning for the seventh time in eight starts. He could see even more time in net going forward because regular backup Scott Darling is expected to miss a few weeks with an upper body injury. Recent AHL call-up Jeff Glass will back up Crawford for now.
Feb. 26, 2017 Crawford (illness) will back up Scott Darling Wednesday against the Penguins. Crawford, who went 6-1-0 with a 2.71 GAA in February, could start Friday against the Islanders.

Jan. 23, 2017 Crawford made 26 saves to help the Blackhawks to Sunday's 4-2 win over Vancouver. It's a nice return to form for the usually reliable goaltender, who had allowed 12 goals in losing two of his previous three assignments. Crawford is 6-4-1 with a 2.99 GAA and a .905 save percentage in 11 starts since returning from an appendectomy last month.
Jan. 18, 2017 Though he managed to halt a personal two-game losing streak, Crawford wasn't sharp in Tuesday's 15-save effort during the Blackhawks' 6-4 win at Colorado. It's the fourth straight start in which Crawford has allowed three or more goals, and he owns an unspectacular 3.09 GAA and a .903 save percentage in 10 starts since returning from an appendectomy on Dec. 23. It appears Crawford may still need a little more time to round into form.
Jan. 14, 2017 Crawford was pulled after allowing five goals on 30 shots in Friday's 6-0 loss to Washington. He has a 2.97 goals-against average in his last nine starts and has yielded eight goals in the last two.

Crawford still doesn't seem to be in top form since returning from an appendectomy that sidelined him for three weeks in December. He's now 2-2-1 with a 2.64 goals-against average and a .919 save percentage in five starts since coming back.
Dec. 30, 2016 Crawford made 36 saves Thursday to help Chicago snap a three-game losing streak, the Blackhawks' longest skid of the season. Crawford is 1-1-1 with a 2.38 goals-against average in three games since returning from an early December appendectomy.
Dec. 24, 2016 Crawford had 32 stops in his return from an appendectomy on Friday. He missed 10 games following surgery on Dec. 3. Crawford should be safe to get back in your lineup.

Crawford has missed the last 10 games after undergoing an appendectomy on Dec. 3. Nov. 16, 2016 Crawford wasn't at his best in Tuesday's 4-0 loss at Winnipeg, in which he permitted four goals on 22 shots before being removed midway through the third period. Crawford entered the contest 7-0-1 with an outstanding 1.38 goals-against average over his previous eight starts, so he was probably due for a letdown. He's been more vulnerable on the road, having record a 2.61 GAA in away games compared to a 1.87 mark at home.
Nov. 10, 2016 Crawford's stellar play continued Wednesday with 27 saves in a 2-1 win over St. Louis. Crawford has won six straight starts, allowing six goals. Crawford stopped 29 of 31 shots in a shootout loss to Calgary on Monday, so he appears to be back in good form after a somewhat shaky beginning to the season. He had surrendered three goals or more in each of his first four starts, losing three.
Oct. 24, 2016 Crawford made 29 saves through regulation and overtime and another six in the shootout before allowing former teammate Kris Versteeg's seventh-round goal in Monday's 3-2 home loss to the Flames. Monday's performance was Crawford's best of the season after posting a 3.34 GAA and .886 save percentage in his first four starts. The Blackhawks are off until Friday, when they visit New Jersey. Crawford has one win in four career starts against the Devils and had a 4.59 GAA in losing both matchups last year.
Oct. 19, 2016 Crawford got his first win of the season Tuesday despite another unimpressive performance. He made 23 saves but blew a four-goal lead before Chicago scored three times in the final 10 minutes to beat Philadelphia 7-4. Crawford had given way to backup Scott Darling in the Blackhawks' previous game, a 5-3 win over Nashville on Saturday.
