Oct. 11, 2016 Though still under contract with Toronto as a player, Robidas recently took a consulating job with the club as he recovers from a serious knee injury. If Robidas ever manages to return to the ice, he will have no fantasy value.
Oct. 6, 2015 Robidas has landed on injured reserve by the Leafs. Robidas has groin and knee issues and is not a quality skater at this point anyway.

July 1, 2014 Robidas signed a three-year, $9 million deal with Toronto on Tuesday as the Maple Leafs continue to overhaul their defense. Robidas broke his leg during the playoffs while playing for the Anaheim Ducks. He has played 885 games with the Montreal Canadiens, Dallas Stars, Chicago Blackhawks and Ducks. April 21, 2014 Robidas broke his right leg Monday in an eerie replay of his last game in Dallas when he still played for the Stars. Robidas had to be helped off the ice after his right leg bent awkwardly when a sliding Ryan Garbutt of Dallas undercut him and knocked him to the ice early in the second period in Game 3. The team said the latest fracture was just above the one he sustained Nov. 29 when Dallas was playing Chicago. He was traded to the Ducks in March.
March 4, 2014 The Anaheim Ducks have acquired defenseman Stephane Robidas from the Dallas Stars for a conditional fourth-round pick in this year's draft. Robidas hasn't played since breaking his leg against Chicago on Nov. 29, but he has been skating in practice. He had five points (four goals, one assist) in 24 games for the Stars this season.
Nov. 29, 2013 Robidas played more than 13 minutes in his debut for Anaheim, a 3-2 loss to Washington on March 18. The Ducks acquired the veteran defenseman from Dallas on March 4 for their playoff push. Robidas had been recovering from surgery for a broken right tibia and fibula, suffered Nov. 29 against Chicago.
