Why am I not receiving emails from OfficePools?

If you’re not receiving emails, whether you're an Admin or a Poolie, it’s usually due to one of the following common issues:

  1. Have you created an OfficePools account?
    Due to Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), we can only send emails to users who have explicitly opted in. This happens during account creation. Without an account, you won’t receive any communications.
  2. Checked your spam/junk folder?
    Emails from OfficePools might be mistakenly flagged as spam. If you find them there, please mark them as “safe” or “not spam” to ensure future messages reach your inbox.
  3. Reviewed your email subscription settings?
    Make sure your subscription preferences are enabled. You can check or update these by clicking your name in the top-right corner after signing in, then selecting “Subscription Settings."
  4. Is 'no-reply@officepools.com' blocked?
    Some email platforms allow users to block specific addresses. Make sure no-reply@officepools.com is not on your blocked list, as this would prevent our emails from reaching you.
