March 13, 2017	Lehtonen allowed three goals on eight shots in Sunday's 5-1 loss to the Sharks before being pulled for the second straight game in favor of Antti Niemi.	Lehtonen has stopped just 20 of 26 shots in 46 minutes in his last two games after finishing with 83 saves on 86 shots to win his previous two outings. The Stars are in Edmonton on Tuesday, and Lehtonen was pulled in his last game against the Oilers, allowing four goals on 13 shots back in November. He is 7-2-0 with a 2.21 GAA lifetime in Edmonton.

He's still a shaky bet from a fantasy perspective, but may be on his way to separating himself from Antti Niemi for playing time.

Coach Lindy Ruff said he decided Thursday morning to start Niemi, who was sick, over Lehtonen, who was dehydrated. It may have further cemented the fact Lehtonen is taking over the No. 1 job. While Niemi was pulled for a third straight start, Lehtonen has a solid .927 save percentage in his last five games.

It was the second time in three games Lehtonen has surrendered four goals. He certainly isn't a good option in net as he continues to split time with Antti Niemi, whose .893 save percentage is even worse than Lehtonen's .900.

Lehtonen's fantasy stock constantly fluctuates due to the presence of teammate Antti Niemi, but he has started three of Dallas' first four games and allowed just two goals over the first two. Lehtonen was injured in a 4-3 win over Minnesota on March 8 when Erik Haula ran him over and knocked off his helmet. He went through his first full practice Friday.	Tim Thomas made four starts in Lehtonen's place, including a game against Columbus that was postponed when Stars forward Rich Peverley collapsed on the bench in the first period. Thomas was acquired from Florida a day before the trading deadline.
March 8, 2014	Coach Lindy Ruff said Sunday that Lehtonen was "not doing that well" and likely suffered a concussion after a collision with Minnesota's Erik Haula on March 8.	The team didn't provide any further updates on Lehtonen's condition, but it might be at least somewhat serious considering Dallas called up goaltender Cristopher Nilstorp from its AHL affiliate on Sunday.
