How Do I Set the position mix in an Premier League Fantasy Pool?

This article explains how to configure the
Position Mix in a Draft or Open style Premier League Fantasy Pool.

Note: In a Box Pool, the position mix is determined by the box pool template and cannot be manually adjusted.

The Position Mix tool allows the Pool Admin to set minimum and maximum limits for how many players each team can have at each position (e.g., Forwards, Midfielders, Defenders, Goalkeepers).

Steps to Set the Position Mix:

  1. Go to the Admin menu.

  2. Click on the Roster tab.

  3. Select Roster Settings from the sub-menu.

  4. Expand the Position Mix section by clicking the arrow next to the header.

  5. Set the minimum and maximum number of players allowed per position for each team.

Important Notes:

  • If a position does not appear in the list, make sure it has scoring assigned to it in Scoring Settings.

  • If you're setting maximums for every position, ensure that the total of all max values is equal to or greater than the sum of your team's Active + Reserve players.

    • Example: If your roster includes 11 active players and 4 reserves (15 total), the total of all max position values must be at least 15.

  • Optional: You can also set a limit on how many players a team can select from the same Premier League club.
