This guide shows you how to manually add teams and assign players to them in your Premier League Draft or Open pool.

Tip: The easiest way to add teams is by inviting your poolies to create their own teams online. If you'd prefer that method, check out our article on sending team invitations.

If you're entering teams yourself, follow the two steps below:

Part 1 – Adding Teams

1. Go to the Admin menu.
   

2. Click on the Roster tab.

3. Select Team Editor from the sub-menu.

4. Click the +Add Team button to add your first team.

5. The Team Details Editor will appear. Fill in the required fields:
   
   

• Team Name

• Email Address (is required – links the team to the poolie)
  
  

6. If you’re entering multiple teams, click “Save and add another”.
   If you're adding just one, click “Save”.
   
   

Part 2 – Adding players to teams
Once your teams are created:

1. Click the team name on the left side that you want to edit.

2. Use the Pick fields to assign players to that team.

3. Click Save when you're done.
   

Repeat this process for each team in the pool.

Once all teams and players are entered, your poolies will need to access their teams. They can access their team by logging into OfficePools using the same email address that is associated with their team.
